Terms of service

Terms of service

These terms cover every order placed on printoftheday.co.uk, and placing an order means you accept them.

1. Who we are

This website is run by Print of the Day Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17317390). Registered office: 203 West Street, Fareham, Hampshire PO16 0EN. Email info@printoftheday.co.uk or call 07907 639739, weekdays 9am to 5pm.

2. Your order

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it, and the contract between us begins, when we email to confirm it's been dispatched. If we can't fulfil an order we'll tell you and refund you in full. We may refuse an order where a price or description is clearly wrong.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (£). Print of the Day Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. The products

Every item is made to order. We show artwork and products as accurately as we can, but colours vary slightly between screens and between print materials. Small differences of this kind are not a fault.

5. Returns and refunds

You can return any item within 14 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for how. Your statutory rights are not affected.

6. Artwork and site content

Artwork sold through Print of the Day Ltd may incorporate AI-generated material and is made available under applicable commercial permissions. Website text, original photography, logos, branding and other content may be protected by intellectual property rights.

Purchasing a print transfers ownership of the physical print only. It does not transfer any intellectual property rights or grant additional rights to commercially reproduce the artwork or website content.

7. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that can't be limited by law.

8. Events outside our control

We're not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as postal disruption or supplier failures. We'll tell you if this affects your order, and you can cancel for a full refund.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.

11. Collectors Club monthly draw: terms

  1. Promoter. The draw is run by Print of the Day Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17317390, Registered Office 203 West Street, Fareham, Hampshire PO16 0EN.
  2. Contact: info@printoftheday.co.uk.
  3. Who can enter. UK residents aged 18 or over. Directors of Print of the Day Ltd and their households can't enter.
  4. How to enter. Join the Collectors Club for free at printoftheday.uk/collectors-club or printoftheday.co.uk. No purchase is needed, and buying from us doesn't improve your chances. Every member is entered automatically each month while they stay subscribed. One entry per person, however many email addresses you sign up with.
  5. Closing date. Each month's draw closes at 23:59 (UK time) on the last day of the month. You must be a member at that moment to be included.
  6. The draw. One winner is picked at random from all eligible members, either with an independent random selection tool or live on our Instagram, @print_of_the_day_uk.
  7. The prize. That month's exclusive limited edition print, delivered free to a UK address. There is no cash alternative, and the prize can't be exchanged or transferred. If the print becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we'll give a print of equal or greater value.
  8. Telling the winner. We'll email the winner within 7 days of the draw. To claim, the winner must reply with a UK delivery address within 14 days of our first email. We'll send reminders during that time.
  9. Unclaimed prizes. If a prize isn't claimed within 14 days, the winner loses it and the prize rolls over, so an extra winner is drawn the following month.
  10. Announcing the winner. We'll share the winner's first name and county with Club members and on our social channels. The winner can object to this by replying to our email. We'll still keep a record of the result and provide it if asked.
  11. Your data. We use your details only to run the draw and send the prize, as set out in our privacy policy (printoftheday.uk/privacy-policy).
  12. Changes. We may change or end the draw if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary. Any change will be posted on this page and won't affect a draw already closed.
  13. Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
