Shipping policy

Every order is printed to order. UK delivery is £2.95, and free on orders of £50 or more.

Made to order

We don't hold stock. Each print, canvas, card, calendar and piece of merchandise is produced for you by our professional print partner once you order, then shipped direct to you. Most orders are dispatched within 1 to 4 working days, and popular items often ship within 24 to 48 hours. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as yours is on its way.

All prices are in pounds sterling (£). Framed and larger items can take a little longer. Orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels.

Customs and import charges

Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duty or tax by the destination country. These are paid by the recipient and aren't included in our prices.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 working days, or your order arrives damaged, email info@printoftheday.co.uk with your order number (and a photo for damage). We'll replace it or refund you in full.

Check your address

Please check your delivery address at checkout. We can't redirect a parcel once it's been dispatched.
