Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition of the Artwork: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unused, free from damage, and in its original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Process for Returns:
Initiate a Return: To start the return process, please contact tim@printoftheday.art. We will provide you with all the necessary details and instructions.
Packaging the Artwork: Carefully repackage the artwork in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If the item you received is damaged or not as described, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a return and process a full refund or exchange.
