About this artwork
This artwork was AI-generated using Midjourney and selected by digital artist Tim Pearson.
This is an unsigned Open Edition print, professionally produced on enhanced matte art paper. It is not numbered or certificated.
Description
The lone figure crimson moon postcard depicts a solitary silhouette standing still on a dark ridge beneath an immense pale orb that dominates a fiery crimson and orange sky. Skeletal trees and ruined vertical forms frame the horizon while dark water below fractures the reflection into strokes of red and slate grey.
This work by Tim Pearson belongs to the Scapes collection and employs a style of surreal realism. Thick painterly marks build an atmospheric landscape that balances desolation with luminous calm, inviting a quiet sense of resilience and human presence against overwhelming scale. The colours of burnt orange, charcoal black and muted grey heighten the tension between the figure and the celestial force above.
Printed on both sides on Mohawk Superfine 324gsm matte card, this fine art postcard measures 7 x 5 inches. The back has room for a message, an address and a stamp, plus the artwork title and a small QR code linking to the full-size print.
Printed to order by our professional print partner in the UK and sent by Royal Mail. Delivery is charged at checkout and is free on UK orders over £50.

Care
Caring for your print
- Keep it out of direct sunlight. Strong sun fades any print over time, so pick a wall that doesn't get it all day.
- Avoid damp and steam. Bathrooms and spots right above radiators or kettles can make paper ripple and canvas slacken.
- Handle unframed prints by the edges, ideally with clean, dry hands. Store them flat or loosely rolled, never folded.
- Dust frames and glazing gently with a soft, dry cloth. Don't spray cleaner straight onto the acrylic, and avoid paper towels, which can scratch it.
- Dust canvases lightly with a soft, dry brush or cloth. Don't use water or cleaning products on the printed surface.
- Unframed prints are standard A sizes, so they fit off-the-shelf A4, A3 and A2 frames.
