Description
This colourful fishing harbour greetings card captures a quiet moment in a coastal fishing village where a large yellow boat with a white cabin and red lower hull sits moored at the quayside. Smaller craft, one black and white and another bright red, float nearby on calm water. Behind them a dense cluster of houses in yellow, blue, white and grey rises up the slope, their chimneys and pointed roofs catching the soft light. Gentle reflections ripple across the surface, doubling the colours in the deep water.
Painted in an expressive style that blends coastal realism with a cinematic feel, the scene by Tim Pearson feels both familiar and dreamlike. The muted sky and warm greys of the stone walls keep the brighter yellows and blues from overwhelming the eye, producing a nostalgic, peaceful and atmospheric mood. Themes of maritime life and close-knit community come through in the tightly packed architecture and working boats.
Printed on Mohawk Superfine 324gsm matte card, this fine art greetings card measures 7 x 5 inches and is blank inside, ready for your own message. The back carries the artwork title and a small QR code linking to the full-size print, and it comes with a kraft envelope.

Care
Caring for your print
- Keep it out of direct sunlight. Strong sun fades any print over time, so pick a wall that doesn't get it all day.
- Avoid damp and steam. Bathrooms and spots right above radiators or kettles can make paper ripple and canvas slacken.
- Handle unframed prints by the edges, ideally with clean, dry hands. Store them flat or loosely rolled, never folded.
- Dust frames and glazing gently with a soft, dry cloth. Don't spray cleaner straight onto the acrylic, and avoid paper towels, which can scratch it.
- Dust canvases lightly with a soft, dry brush or cloth. Don't use water or cleaning products on the printed surface.
- Unframed prints are standard A sizes, so they fit off-the-shelf A4, A3 and A2 frames.
